Shipping & Policies

Please be sure all your information is accurate and current so as to avoid problems or delays. 

Shipping: All shipping costs include insurance and tracking when available. Orders will be filled quickly upon payment clearance, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery, as shipping speeds vary according to destination. International rates and times may also vary; and will also include a tracking number/delivery confirmation which you will receive in an email on the day your order ships. If you would like extra features or faster delivery, please message me prior to ordering so I can accommodate your needs.

Shipping Damage:  I do my best to take preventative precautions so as to minimize potential damage. However, once a package has left my care, I cannot guarantee its safety or take responsibility for its handling. Should your order become damaged or lost, please message me and I will do what I can to remedy the situation. 

Non-payment/cancellation: If you make a purchase and change your mind, please let me know as soon as possible and I will cancel the transaction. As long as I receive the cancellation prior to shipping the package, there will be no additional cost or repercussions. Also, please be aware, once the item ships, I will be unable to make any further changes.

Refunds: Please contact me with any concerns. Each refund will be handled individually and any return will require an additional shipping fee. All items must be mailed via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
